Molly McCafferty is a Senior Vice-President and Co-Global Claims Director for Shipowners Claims Bureau, Inc. (SCB), managers of the American P&I Club. Previously, she served as general counsel for Guardian Navigation, Inc., a bulk owner/operator and pool manager, and as Manager of Insurance and Claims for Clipper Bulk Shipping. She is currently Vice-Chair of NYMAR and President of the CMA Education Foundation. She is also a member of the SMA Board of Governors and is a practicing arbitrator and mediator
